My Story and Approach as a Mindset Coach & Organizational Development Enthusiast

Originally from Tbilisi, Georgia, I moved to New York at 22, where I quickly adapted to new challenges. I had to balance a rapidly growing career in the banking industry, pursuing a Master’s in Marketing Analytics, support my family back in my birth country, and navigate a long-distance relationship with my now-husband. On the outside, I appeared to be a high achiever, but internally, I was carrying the weight of stress, unhealed beliefs, and unmet needs. It wasn’t until 2022 that I decided to take a leap toward personal transformation, leaving my corporate career to focus on coaching, mindfulness, self-development, and finding a path that truly aligned with me.

Through coaching, psychology, self-reflection, and mindfulness practices, I discovered a renewed sense of clarity, freedom, and alignment. I began shifting from a life defined by external expectations to one where my personal and professional growth was driven by purpose, self-awareness, and emotional intelligence. This personal transformation inspired me to pursue a deeper understanding of how individuals and organizations can align with their values and cultivate sustainable growth, well-being, and leadership.

As I work toward entering the world of organizational development and learning & development, my focus remains on empowering individuals, teams, and organizations to unlock their full potential. My approach integrates the principles of positive psychology, emotional intelligence, and growth mindset, helping others discover and overcome limiting beliefs, build resilience, and foster a collaborative, purpose-driven environment.
