My Story and Approach as a Self-Discovery Coach
Originally from Tbilisi, Georgia, I moved to New York alone at 22, carrying a lot of my past with me and facing the need to adjust quickly to a whole new world. In those early years, I juggled a rapidly growing career in the banking industry, a Master of Science degree in Marketing Analytics, a long-distance relationship with my now-husband, and the responsibilities of supporting my mother through health challenges. While I was a high achiever on the outside, I later realized I was carrying too much stress and trying to push forward without really healing.
Since 2014, I’ve been exploring personal development, psychology, and wellness, but it wasn’t until 2022 that I took the leap to leave my job, dive inward, and deeply work on myself. Through therapy, self-reflection, coaching, and various mindfulness practices, I uncovered a new sense of freedom, lightness, and clarity. I finally started building a life that was truly mine - one free from the weight of old beliefs, traumas, fears, and pressures from the outside world.
Today, I’m here to help others on their journeys of self-discovery and transformation. I’m an ICF- and AC-certified coach with over 100 hours of coaching experience. I also hold a Master of Science degree in Marketing Analytics from City University of New York (Baruch College) and a Bachelor’s in English Language and Literature from Tbilisi State University. While these formal credentials are important, I believe my true “qualifications” are the lessons I’ve gained through my own experiences and transformation.
Outside of coaching, I’m fascinated by psychology (especially positive psychology) and the ways we can heal through nature, art, mindfulness, and movement like yoga and tai chi. I love learning about different cultures, philosophies, human history, and the beauty of our natural world.
If you’re ready to shed old layers, uncover what you truly want, and create a life that feels fulfilling, I’d be honored to walk alongside you. We all have the power to create lives that feel true to who we are, and my goal is to help you find that power within yourself.
Warmly,
Nato
